The Sage Restaurant
This beautiful restaurant retains many of the original features characteristic of a Grade II listed building, such as dramatic curved sash windows, ornate cornice and ceiling, and stunning chandeliers.
These combine perfectly with a backdrop of opulent decor to create an elegant and stylish dining room. We offer the warmest welcome for miles around!
Head Chef, Ian Lacey, and his team love to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients wherever possible and have come up with some great taste combinations and varied menus. Dishes are stunningly presented and are complemented by a fine selection of wines to enhance your dining experience.

In addition to the collection of charming private event rooms, our team of AA Rosette Award-winning Chefs and immaculate service from our events team will provide the perfect recipe for any event.
The Gun Room
This room is a step back in time with cosy oak wood-paneled walls and historic antiques, you’ll even find the original service bells in here. This traditional room used to be the kitchen for the old house, with the scullery fireplace and large window overlooking the secret garden. The Gun Room holds 20 for a private lunch or dinner.
Sage
Our impressively styled restaurant can be used on an exclusive basis to hold your private lunch or dinner. Sage can seat up to 26 guests for a private event.
The Rawdon Room
The largest event room at the Donington Manor Hotel. With grand chandeliers, bay windows, and access to a private patio and gardens, this room is ideal for larger events and those that want to celebrate in style. The Rawdon Room can hold up to 118 for a private party, wedding, or corporate event.
Afternoon Tea
Treat yourself and someone special to a quintessential afternoon tea! Indulge in delicious sweets and savories. or a traditional cream team over a natter as long as you like!
We’ll serve up a delicious selection of homemade cakes, pastries, and sandwiches for you to indulge in while you catch up on the latest happenings with friends or loved ones.
Afternoon Tea is available from 12 pm-3 pm, Every Wednesday to Sunday.

For conferences and business events, Castle Donington Hotel is perfectly situated, right in the centre of the country with excellent transport links less than a 5-minute drive from the M1, A50, A42 and East Midlands Airport.
The hotel has six conference rooms catering from 2 to 118 guests and all of the meeting rooms enjoy free Wi-Fi access, natural daylight, and views across the hotel garden and lawns. Our range of rooms ensures almost any type of event can be catered for, from small interviews to large-scale conferences or celebrations.
